Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Cost: $12.95 USD

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We ship worldwide except to certain remote regions and parts of Asia.

International Shipping

For international orders (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
  • We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method
  • All prices are shown in USD

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our watersports equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Bodyboards with signs of use
  • Opened packages of Canoe & Kayak Footwear
  • Used Wetsuits (including Gul Wetsuits)
  • Children’s Sun Suits with removed tags

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please don’t ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value:
Follow the standard return process and specify the replacement item(s) in your initial email. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return.

For exchanges of different value:
We’ll process a refund for the returned item and charge/refund the difference for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items (especially safety equipment like Canoe & Kayak Helmets or Buoyancy Aids):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  • We’ll arrange free return shipping if needed
  • Receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost
